Having been advised by a lessee of water ingress issues, we contacted Tony Hill at Top Job Roofing to ask him to investigate the matter. He was very helpful and said that, if we provided him with details of the tenant, he would look into the matter. Just over a day later, Tony contacted us, having assessed the situation, and provided us with a very reasonable quotation for replacing and reinstating tiles to the main roof, together with related works. We confirmed that it was in order for him to proceed. The work was promptly addressed and an invoice, together with a photograph showing the damage was duly submitted.
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tony Hill at Top Job Roofing for any roof repairs, and will certainly be contacting him again should we require any roofing works on any of our other properties.
